A mix of visual art-punk and nu-disco with one foot in the club

Pulsating beats of the modern nightlife. Their songs, at the intersection of music and fashion, bring captivating media entertainment and themes like equal rights and personal freedom. With Mano Hollestelle’s compositions and the associative lyrics of Puggy Beales and Lieselot Elzinga, they fit just as well in gritty rock basements as in sleek, modern nightclubs. This fall, their second album, ‘Slightly Hysterical Girls With Pearls’, will be released, full of sultry beats, sharp synthesizers, and an uncompromising rhythm, which they will present on December 18 at ACU.

Support: One Another
The Netherlands-based duo One Another brings hypnotic darkwave and modern post-punk, blended with shoegaze influences and electronic music. They draw inspiration from artists such as Drab Majesty, Aphex Twin, Cocteau Twins, and John Maus. In August 2023, they released their self-recorded and produced debut EP ‘The Chasm’; now, they are bringing their genre-defying experience to ACU as support for Baby Berserk.
