girlhead is a The Hague-based dreampop band with a sound inspired by shoegaze-bands like Slowdive and Cocteau Twins, blending nostalgic dissonance with modern twists from bands like Deftones and Cigarettes after Sex

A Better Place
A Better Place is a alternative rock band from The Hague. Upcoming year, the band is releasing their debut EP ‘Light In The Sea’. Their first single, called ‘It Rains’, will be releasing the 2nd of May.

The EP consists of four – one more joyful than
the other – little stories from the lead singers’ life. Whether you call the band alt rock, indie, or an
emo version of Elliott Smith, it doesn’t matter. A Better Place simply wants to bring great songs with a positive attitude to an audience as big as possible, to make them dance.

With the band’s first single ‘It Rains’ they show what audiences can expect from them. The single will be released the 2nd of May by the label TCBYM.
