Friend group or punk band? Officially the latter, but you can hear the former in every song. L.A. SAGNE is close-knit, fierce, and uncompromising, four friends you would rather not have show up unannounced at your mother’s birthday party. 2025 was a strong year for the band, with shows at Noorderslag, Best Kept Secret, Paaspop, Wilde Weide, and Wildenburg, and tours with the collective Girls To The Front and Ploegendienst. Now it is time for a debut album, set for release in April 2026. Dystopian guitars, plenty of cowbell, and the energy of a roaring diesel engine: L.A. SAGNE keeps on going full speed ahead.

MAHA’s sound is fiery and imbued with activism. As a multidisciplinary punk artist and founder of Mahazine, the Sudanese creator uses her creativity as a weapon against oppression and a celebration of the diaspora. With a sharp post-punk mix on her debut single, “No Profit,” and an unmistakable DIY mentality, MAHA creates a platform for resistance where humanity always comes before profit.
